When I go for a synthetic oil change at Walmart, they usually use, Mobil1 or Pennzoil, however, when I asked one of my friends about the same in his city, he said they use Castrol or Valvoline.
I can say they do use a good quality oil, you can always ask the mechanics there.

To be honest, if I tell you my experience at Walmart for oil change, it was average. You need to understand that you can’t get good service at a cheaper price.
They are doing an oil change at almost half the price that other auto shops are offering, how? because they do not spend much on hiring professional mechanics and do not focus on customer service.
I also asked many friends of mine about their review of Walmart’s oil change, many said they didn’t like it, however, some said it was good given the price, and it would not be good to expect much from a $20-$30 oil change.
The mechanics are not professionals at Walmart, and sometimes you need to check what they are doing with your vehicle.
